Jeane has over 20 years extensive experience in program and project management as a practitioner, consultant, facilitator and trainer from the USA, Canada, Kenya, and the wider East Africa and South Sudan region. Her broad local and international project management experience spans several years of consulting work across various sectors including health, insurance, financial, hospitality and construction.

Jeane is known for being fiercely passionate about projects and is a champion for institutionalizing project management as a best practice discipline. While in the USA, she worked in a highly protected environment at State Farm Insurance Company, a fortune 500 company which inspired her PMP®certification in2004, followed by Prince2®and current ongoing Doctor of Philosophy studies in Project Management.


She has consulted with various organizations to establish Project Management Offices (PMO’s) and governance frameworks and helped to refine project execution in various business organizations abroad and locally. Her project profile includes State Farm Insurance USA, Intrawest BC Canada, NIC Bank, Commercial Bank of Africa, Equity Bank, Equity Foundation, UAP Old Mutual, Mitchell Cotts Group, Liaison Group, Ernst & Young, Kenya Medical Practitioners & Dentists Board, UN Women among others.


Jeane has facilitated Business and Project Management learning at AMREF International University,  Strathmore Business School, International Leadership University, Heartland Community College Business School, Illinois, US and is affiliated with the Project Management Institute (PMI), Prince2, PMI chapters in Kenya, Central Illinois US and Vancouver Canada, and Women in Project Management SIG.


Her research interests are in strategic project management, benefits management and project governance with a view to institutionalizing operative project practices in Kenya based on realized benefit outcomes. Her project consultancy firm Global Protocol Solutions is a platform to mentor young and upcoming project practitioners and to demonstrate the value of effectively applied project management practices in various sectors including construction development projects, I.C.T implementations, and corporate business change projects.
