The Big 5 Construct Kenya will include ample opportunities for local construction professionals to network, build relationships and source thousands of products from around the world.
The exhibition is part of the National Construction Week - an initiative by the Kenyan government to develop the construction industry during the first week of November. Co-located with the exhibition is the National Construction Authority's very own bi-annual conference - ICORCE. Attendees to the conference will enjoy free access to the exhibition along with FREE CPD workshops on all days of the exhibition.
Organised by dmg events, The Big 5 takes place in Dubai every year during the month of November. It is the number one annual meeting place for the global construction community to network, learn and do business in the Middle East and beyond. In 2018, The Big 5 in Dubai welcomed more than 68,700 participants from 132 countries, and 2,250 exhibitors across 110,000 sqm exhibition space.
Since its start in 1979, the event has launched hundreds of thousands of products boosting the expansion of the regional market. It has facilitated partnerships, advanced knowledge and industry best practices, while serving as the gateway for international companies to access the Middle East.
Following 40 years of success of The Big 5, the event has spawned geo-adapted events, where core elements of the exhibition have been exported to new markets including Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa.
The HVAC R brand was first built in The Big 5 in Dubai to facilitate suppliers and manufacturers of HVAC R products and tap into opportunities available in the industry. The event was successfully geo-adapted in Saudi building on the flagship of The Big 5 Saudi.
